1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MCPHubz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use MCPHubz, including the directory, API, submission system, and any associated services.

2. Use of the Service

You may use MCPHubz for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service to submit malicious, deceptive, or harmful content; to scrape or harvest data in ways that harm the platform; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

The MCPHubz API is provided for legitimate use by developers, AI agent frameworks, and organizations. Automated access must respect published rate limits.

3. Server Submissions

By submitting an MCP server to the directory, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that the server does not contain malicious code, violate third-party intellectual property, or misrepresent its functionality.

MCPHubz reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any submission at its discretion. Submissions that violate our content standards, contain harmful code, or are determined to be spam or low-quality will be removed without notice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used in ways that harm other users or the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The MCPHubz platform, including its design, content, coined terminology (Agent Experience, WebMCP Ready, MCP Ops, The Agent-First Web, The Agent Stack), and proprietary scoring systems, is the intellectual property of MCPHubz and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

MCP server listings in the directory link to third-party repositories and are subject to their respective licenses. MCPHubz does not claim ownership over submitted servers or their underlying code.

6. API Usage

The MCPHubz Agent Discovery API (/api/discover) and Health Score API (/api/health) are provided free of charge within published rate limits. Commercial use, resale of API data, or use that imposes unreasonable load on the infrastructure is prohibited without an enterprise agreement.

API keys, if issued, are non-transferable and must not be shared publicly.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MCPHubz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

MCP server listings in the directory are provided for informational purposes. MCPHubz does not independently audit or verify the security or functionality of every listed server. Users deploy third-party MCP servers at their own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCPHubz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
